Churchill’s head chef, Ben Varley has recently appeared on BBC2’s. Masterchef: The Professionals. From over 1000 chef’s that applied, Ben was one of the 60 chefs chosen and was able to cook a variety of classical refined dishes for the judges, Greg, Monica and renowned Chef Michel Roux Jr.
